QCodo Manual

QCodo is a development framework for PHP5. The official website on http://www.qcodo.com provides brief tutorials to the ins and outs of the QCodo framework by examples and encourages reading the code and comments.

This document aims to be an all-in manual for developers wishing to explore and learn the power of QCodo by using a clear guide. The document covers installation of QCodo, an introduction to QForms ans the QCodo code generation capabilities. In the future, more advanced techniques will be included.

September 05 2007: minor update

Adjusted documentation to Beta3 of QCodo.

July 27 2006: minor update

A minor update to take some of the new things in QCodo beta 2 release 13 into account.

May 18 2006: third release

Today, we have released the third version of the document. We have now added a chapter in which we have created a complete time tracking application. The application is a combination of the standard QForms and some other manually created QForms. I hope you people like it. Please let me know what you think in the QCodo Forums. We will now work a little on this site. It looks kinda ugly now, doesn't it...? :-)

May 16 2006: second release

Today, we have released this second beta version of the document. We have now added a chapter on advanced code generation which focusses on implementing relations between tables, and how you can modify the generated code to extend and use it for your own applications.

May 15 2006: first release

We are very proud to release a first version of the document that has the ambition to become the reference guide to the QCodo framework. Comments and suggestions are very welcome. We are currently looking into setting up a forum to receive feedback on the document. In the mean time, please use the QCodo forums.
